*Bonus* Part IV: Know Your Body Type – Supplements

Part IV: YASSS…. YASSS!!! A bonus!!! and I have to say, probably my FAVORITE blog post of this series! WHY?! Because it’s PACKED with educational information on ingredients that will balance your body and enhance your natural beauty and energy! 

Alright ladies. Being that I’ve studied nutrition for the last 6 years on my own health journey, have tried fad diets, diet lifestyles (like paleo and vegan), cleanses and detoxes, I feel confident sharing my knowledge and experiences with you. Not only that but I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and have worked with hundreds of people in my previous coaching business helping them balance nutrition, working out, body image, and self esteem.

This is an area I’m truly passionate about and I believe that nutrition is one of the main cornerstones of a satisfying enriched life. I also believe that when you have your own intuitive understanding of your personal nutrition ON and OFF your plate – the food you eat, the way you think, the relationships you hold, the career you pursue and the spiritual walk you embody will all contribute to your overall health and holistic well being.

If you want a holistic life, its time to look at the important parts of your life that create a whole HEALED you. And trust me, approaching your fitness and health journey will be much more satisfying, fun and loving when you stop running on the hamster wheel of ‘I want to look like her!’

Too many women approach health and fitness as a means to an end, as a quick fix or out of desperation for an upcoming event. Too many women yo yo in their physiques with fat gain and loss.

Why is this?

It’s a body image issue. It’s not that their workouts or diet didn’t work, its that they never changed the way they saw themselves as the woman they really wanted to be. It’s that they stopped acting in accordance with this new image or never fully embraced it.


Once you fully embrace this new creative imagined YOU, the YOU who is taking care of herself in all aspects, loving herself through the journey, eats to feel and look good, works out to keep herself healthy and strong, and challenges her thinking to be better and more positive, the less likely you will EVER bounce back to old ways and bad habits.

The more you embody this new imagined vision of yourself – the YOU you truly are and want to become and come home to – the MORE you will strengthen this new self esteem, self love and care. The less you will compare yourself to other women, the less you will beat yourself up, the better you will be as a person.

Now that we have gotten the most important part of this equation covered (psychological) let’s move onto the physical.

Knowing your body type is KEY. That’s why I started the Three Part Series on Know Your Body Type with this super sweet Part IV Bonus.

Now to give you some supplemental direction I’m going to share with you what works really well for me and what I believe is the cleanest, easiest way to get your daily nutritional needs you will NEVER get from diet or meal plan alone.
