FORMAT:

6 minutes: (HEAVY DUMBBELLS)
1 min: Squat to curl to deadlift to row to reverse lunge to front and side raise right left
1 min: plank to hand / foot side taps to diagonal foot and hand raise
REPEAT 3X.

REST 1 MINUTE

2 min of HIIT:
20 jumping lunges
10 push ups

REST 1 MINUTE

6 Minutes: (HEAVY DUMBBELLS & STABILITY BALL)
1 min: Alternating side lunge to upright row to overhead press
1 min: Stability ball single weight overhead core rotation

REST 1 MINUTE

2 min of HIIT
20 BOSU or step side squats
20 jumping jacks

Repeat the entire workout for a full workout or just burn it out in 20!
